The machine then prints the design onto a blank TPU and PC case and drops the finished case into the tray on its own. No cashier, no print operator, nobody watching over it. Operators run them in shopping malls, phone accessory shops, universities, airports, and tourist areas. How the fully automatic flow works

A sale runs end to end without a staff member, and it goes the same way every time.

1. Scan. The customer scans the QR code shown on the screen.
2. Pick a model. They select their phone. Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Huawei, and OPPO are covered, including the iPhone 16, iPhone 15, and iPhone 11.
3. Upload a photo. They add the image they want on the case.
4. Pay and collect. They pay by coin, cash, card, NFC, or QR code, and the machine prints and drops the case without anyone touching it.

Restocking is quick. A blank case goes in flat with the back facing up, below the red line marker, and then you push it into the slot. One person can reload the whole cabinet in a short visit and be gone.

What the automation actually changes

The point of buying an unattended machine instead of staffing a printing counter is that the sale happens with nobody there. The customer does the creative part themselves, and the machine handles printing, payment, and hand-off. The F1080 is the entry option, with the best photo resolution and vivid color, and it is the sensible pick for low volume. The i1600 is what most operators order: it prints around three times faster, lasts about four times longer, and gives roughly double the clarity of the F1080. The i3200 is a lossless step up from the i1600 that pushes speed further for an extra US$680. Those prices are for 1 to 3 units. Cases, ink, and running costs

The ongoing cost is two things: blank cases and ink. Blanks are TPU and PC composite, and the unit price falls as your order grows.

Ink is sold in sets. The standard and i1600 machines run four-color Epson UV hard ink at US$100 per set, and the F1080 uses six-color at US$160 per set. The internal tank holds 2,000 ml, so refills do not come around often. The blank case is the main material cost, and the ink spreads thin across thousands of prints, which is where the margin sits. Monitoring sales and stock remotely

The machine runs on a back office system that works from a PC or a phone. You watch revenue by day, week, or month, pull up every order, and set promotions with discount rules and time windows. You can switch currency and language per market, and you get live monitoring of the printer, alarms, and connectivity.
