Consumables and ongoing costs

The machine is not the whole cost. Blank cases and ink are what you keep buying, and they are the numbers that decide whether your per case margin works.

Blank cases are TPU and PC composite. Standard cases cost US$1.30 each at 1,000 pieces, US$1.20 at 5,000, and US$1.10 at 8,000. Magnetic cases run US$2.30, US$2.20, and US$2.10 at the same tiers.

Ink is separate. The four color Epson UV hard ink set is US$100, and the F1080 version uses a six color set at US$160. The machine’s ink tank holds 2,000 ml.

The machine runs on a PC and phone management system. You can watch stock level per slot when the optional camera module is installed, pull daily, weekly, or monthly revenue reports with charts, and track every order.
