The standard WMT-I01 makes 150 kg of cube ice per 24 hours; a high-output configuration reaches 200 kg per 24 hours. That is roughly 60 bags of 2.5 kg each per day on the base model. The rating assumes about 25°C ambient and 20°C water inlet — in very hot, poorly ventilated spots the daily yield drops, which is why we offer shaded or indoor placement guidance.

Yes. Bulk mode dispenses directly into the customer’s own container; bagged mode uses the automatic bagging system with 2 kg (5 lb) or 4 kg (10 lb) food-grade bags. Switching modes is a machine setting, and printed bags with your logo are available.

It needs a water connection — either a standard mains line or a bottled water barrel. A mains connection takes a routine 1/2" fitting, which is a normal job for any plumber. With the barrel option there is no plumbing at all, which removes most location restrictions.

The WMT-I01 draws a maximum of 1000 W, so it runs on a normal single-phase outlet — 220–240V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz — with no special electrical work. In our sample revenue scenario (~60 bags per day), water and electricity together cost about US$0.40 per bag.

No. Every batch passes through a 3-stage filtration system before freezing, and the ice is made and bagged inside a closed production path. Ice made from filtered water comes out clear, with no odour or aftertaste.

Dispensing a stored portion takes seconds. A fresh batch takes 6–8 minutes, which is exactly why the machine carries a 9 kg bin — customers are always served from the bin while the next batch forms.

The machine stops producing and shows a fault on the screen. With the optional 4G / WiFi module it also sends an alert to your phone. In the meantime the 9 kg storage bin keeps serving customers, so sales do not stop.

Yes. The machine is built for tropical deployment and is commonly used in high-temperature markets. Output is rated at around 25°C ambient; above 35°C expect a lower daily yield, so we recommend shaded or indoor placement and sizing your location’s traffic against bin capacity.
